1. Data Sovereignty & Hosting

AndmeAI is committed to full EU data residency. All customer data, including uploaded PDF documents and indexed vector chunks, are hosted and processed strictly within the European Union (Tallinn, Estonia and Helsinki, Finland). We do not transfer your proprietary data outside the EU boundary.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal personal data required for billing and service functionality:

• Email address for account authentication and support.
• Payment metadata via LemonSqueezy (we do not store credit card details).
• Document content provided for RAG indexing purposes.

3. Use of AI & Security

Your data is used solely to generate vector embeddings for your private RAG cluster. We use TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. Our 8-core cluster ensures your data never "hallucinates" by grounding all AI responses strictly in your uploaded source material.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

As an EU-based service, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data at any time. You can export your knowledge base or permanently delete your cluster directly from the AndmeAI Console.
